Rules and Regulations

 
ADMISSION, WITHDRAWAL & LEAVING THE SCHOOL
  • Students coming from unrecognized school are admitted only after satisfying all the conditions of their admission laid down by Government of Maharashtra and CBSE, Delhi.
  • Application for withdrawal from the school must be made by the parent or guardian in writing.
  • No direct admissions are given to IX standard; if student are coming from Non-CBSE affiliated school.
  • Application for leaving certificate must be submitted by 2nd week of January of each academic year.
EXAMINATION RULE
  • Every student must be in his / her seat at the strike of the bell. A student who is late is liable to have marks deducted from his / her paper. No student will be allowed to enter the examination hall after half an hour of commencement of the paper.
  • No text-books, notebook or other papers are to be brought into the examination hall. Students found copying or using unfair means during the examination or discovered subsequently will be dealt with severely as per rules.
  • Pupil absent from an examination for any reasons, what so ever, are not re-examined and those absent from an examination without a valid reason will be considered as failed.
  • Before a student writes anything in the main answer book or in the supplement he / she must enter particulars indicated on.
PROGRESS REPORT
  • Result of the examination and the marks obtained by the students are given in the progress report.
  • Parents are expected to go through the report card carefully to take suitable steps in case their word is found to be weak in any subject or subjects or their conducts and behavior are reported to be adverse and to see it to that the ward studies hard and prepare their lesson regularly.
LEAVE AND ABSENCE
  • No student will be permitted to be absent from school for single day without the prior permission of the class teacher.
  • If the student is absent in case of illness or other un avoidable circumstances, where prior permission could not be obtained, a note signed by the Parent or Guardian assigning a valid reason for the students absence must be submitted to school teacher-in-charge.
  • If a student is going to take the leave for more than one week in case of longer illness, on returning to school after more than one day, he / she must bring a note from his parent / guardian along with a medical certificate
  • During school hours no student is allowed to leave the class room without the permission of the teacher, until the class is disbursed.
  • No student suffering from a contagious or infectious disease shall  be permitted to attend the school.
  • Attendance on the first day of the school is compulsory failing which a fine will be charged.
  • If a student remain absent for a period of a month or above without information his/her name is liable to be removed from the rolls.
  • the minimum attendance required by the student is 75% of the total working days of school. Any student who does not get minimum attendance is liable to be detained in the class though he / she is eligible to pass or promote.
